I have been practicing Physical Therapy for, let’s just say, many years… and I am passionate about my profession! I have had the opportunity to travel and practice Physical Therapy around the U.S., El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic, working with newborns, special needs children, and adults of all ages. These experiences formed my dream of HOPE PT. I set out to create a holistic, outside of the box PT practice, with a warm and restorative environment for our patients AND our team. When you trust us with your care, you will never feel rushed, we will always listen, and we will offer individualized treatment plans geared to YOUR specific needs. I think you will agree with me, the moment you walk through our doors, you will feel HOPE!
My training has afforded me specialty certifications in Manual Therapy, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Ergonomics, and a Level 1 certification in Golf Rehabilitation through Titleist Performance Institute. I specialize in craniofacial/TMJ pain and headaches, as well as microcurrent modalities and scar release treatment. I love learning everything I can to promote a comprehensive and holistic approach to care.
I have a strong desire to stay connected with the Latin American communities where I lived and worked. I became inspired by the TOMS Shoe Company autobiography by Blake Mycoskie Start Something that Matters. Blake donates a pair of shoes to children in rural Latin American communities for every pair sold. This fueled my dream to create a Wellness Center that gives back to the communities that I love so much.
I am from Virginia, and although Virginia is a beautiful place to grow up, I have been drawn to Colorado since my 20’s. I have been blessed with two sons and an amazing husband who is a retired Lt. Colonel in the Army. I enjoy snow skiing, oil and watercolor painting, singing, hiking, camping with my fellas, rock climbing, and anything outdoors. I have a passion for helping people live their best lives!
Physical Therapist
I love working with Chera and Adrian and fully support the vision of HOPE Physical Therapy & Wellness.
I grew up in NE Ohio but always knew I would live in sunny
Colorado after spending many summers exploring Rocky Mountain National Park with my parents (who followed me out here 17 years ago!) After graduation I moved across the country to Grand Junction for my first PT position more than 20 years ago working with traumatic brain injured and stroke patients. For the past several years I have focused more on patients with headaches/neck and back pain. I enjoy treating clients with neurological diagnoses as well as vertigo and general outpatient orthopedics. I also specialize in dry needling techniques and have seen many great results. I am passionate about working with our patients to achieve their goals! My husband Steve and I greatly appreciate the adventures and beauty of Colorado and have loved raising our sons, Joel and Luke, in this community. We enjoy hiking (dragging the boys), camping and skiing and while we adore our adopted home state we also have a passion to travel and explore new countries with and on special occasions without our boys.
Physical Therapist
Hello, my name is Jessica and I am so excited to be a part of the team at HOPE Physical Therapy & Wellness.
My family recently moved to Colorado Springs and as I was
searching for a job, I really wanted a place that put clients first. A place that allowed me to have good one-on-one time with my clients where neither of us felt rushed. A place that focused on the whole body and had a holistic approach to health. I am so happy to have found HOPE Physical Therapy because it has all that I was looking for and more! A little about me; I’m originally from a small town in central Texas. I attended college at the University of Texas (hook ’em horns!) with a major in athletic training. I then went straight to physical therapy school at Texas Woman’s University in Houston where I graduated in 2012. My first job was at Fort Hood in Texas where I worked with primarily active duty soldiers. I met my husband there and we were soon stationed at Fort Polk, Louisiana where I worked at an outpatient PT clinic, seeing both civilian and active-duty patients. After our time at Fort Polk was complete, we were fortunate enough to get stationed in Germany for 4.5 years! There, I volunteered at the military hospital physical therapy clinic and spent as much free time as possible traveling. My husband and I were able to visit 30 countries! Our favorite activity while over there was hiking, especially in the Alps. I also had our sweet son over there and we affectionately now refer to him as “our little German.” When our time in Germany came to an end, we decided to move to Colorado Springs because we love the mountains, nature, and hiking! Again, I am so excited to be a part of HOPE Physical Therapy & Wellness. I love this profession because it gives me a chance to help clients achieve their goals, whether it be to clean the house without pain or run the Pikes Peak marathon.
Physical Therapist
HOPE is home! With 10 years of experience as a physical therapist and being a military spouse, HOPE Physical Therapy & Wellness in Colorado Springs is the best place to call my professional family
Working with athletes of all abilities and the military population (including veterans and their families) is my passion. My post-graduate education has included a Sports Residency, Tactical Fitness Facilitating, Nutrition Coaching, Dry Needle Specialization, Pelvic Health Certification, and YogaFaith Training. I take great joy in seeing the holistic picture of a patient’s health journey. Striving to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and lifestyle wellness, I hope to equip you with the tools to live your healthiest life. With our growing family of 4 small children, my husband and I love getting outdoors (when able) for hiking, skiing/snowboarding, golfing, tennis, and volleyball. Our other hobbies include country swing dancing and smoking delicious meals on the grill.
Physical Therapist
I grew up in Missouri and attended school for my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. After graduating I worked for a year in Missouri before moving to Colorado with my husband and
two dogs to pursue a more active lifestyle. I ran Cross Country and Track through high school and in college, and running continues to be a big passion of mine. Another passion is pelvic floor physical therapy, which I have pursued certification in since completing graduate school. i am passionate about helping women understand their body and not letting leakage or pain hold them back from living the life they want to live. I am a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Academy of Pelvic Health. I pursued Physical Therapy because as an athlete I was injured often, and I realized physical therapy was the perfect field to help others learn how to help themselves and improve their quality of life.
Physical Therapist
Hi there! I am an Iowa native (Go Hawks!), who recently moved to the Springs in 2024.
I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA.
Since being in the profession, I have become passionate about geriatric care, chronic pain, & all things women’s health. I am proud to be a part of the pelvic health team at HOPE & also have experience working in an intensive chronic pain clinic. I love to connect with people on a personal level and truly get to know their unique life stories.
Working at HOPE is a blessing; I highly value a shared mission of pursuing a holistic, evidence-based approach to treating patients as well as building valuable relationships with those that trust us with their care. In my free time, you can catch me hiking, reading a good book, watching sports, listening to podcasts, walking dogs or listening to some good Taylor Swift music. Can’t wait to meet you!

After working in the corporate world for years my soul was searching for a position within my community where I could truly make a difference in someone’s life. After speaking with Chera and visiting HOPE I knew I had found my new work home and family.
I am a wife, mother of 3 and a California native. I spend my free time immersed in art, music and nature.
My intent in work and life is to make anyone I come in contact with feel seen, heard, and truly appreciated. I have spent the last 15 years in management and feel so blessed to be HOPE’s office manager and work with an extraordinary group of women.
