HOPE Physical Therapy & Wellness is the vision of Adrian Hope, a retired Army veteran, and Chera Howard Hope, a Doctor of Physical Therapy. When Adrian retired in 2014, we left the Dominican Republic to come back to Colorado Springs for Adrian to attend UCCS for an MBA degree. After being gone for 15 years, we couldn’t wait for our family to enjoy skiing and all the great outdoor activities beautiful Colorado has to offer.
We have had the privilege of traveling across the United States and throughout Latin America and experiencing physical therapy and wellness programs in different settings and cultures. We have also seen, firsthand, the lack of medical care in developing and third-world countries. This stirred our hearts. We spent a lot of time in the Dominican Republic and El Salvador and became involved in these communities including several orphanages for disabled children. As we traveled and worked in various physical therapy settings, we created a vision of combining personalized physical therapy with specialized wellness services. Our vision took flight on May 09, 2016, when we opened our unique Wellness Center, creating a warm and caring environment whose mission is to create HOPE.
We are a wellness center whose vision is to give back. While we focus on helping you feel your best and enjoy life to the fullest, we are together, supporting children in our community and in Latin America. Every service you purchase or product you buy donates a portion of the money to Colorado Springs based children’s charities such as Hope and Home, and Casa de Luz orphanage for disabled children in the Dominican Republic.
In an effort to offer a comprehensive approach to helping people feel their best, HOPE Physical Therapy & Wellness Center offers physical therapy and a wellness program. We also offer 100% natural body products that is made here in Colorado Springs to provide healthy alternatives free of harmful and irritating chemicals.
When you invest in your own health and wellness, you also invest in the lives of children in Colorado Springs and the Dominican Republic. Give HOPE a chance. Help us make a difference!

Justin Clark is the founder of VRV, and we have known him for many years. In fact, early in the VRV growth, we hosted one of the first Social Hours for all the Local VRV Members and Potential members in the Colorado Springs area. It was a great success and started a long-term personal and professional relationship with Justin.
Over the years, HOPE PT has been a big supporter of ALL the nationwide VRV members. We continually troll the website for new members and when possible, we purchase any goods from the other members.
Historically, we have been involved in most of the local VRV events. From co-sponsoring Operation Restore HOPE and collecting non-perishable goods for the El Paso County Homeless Veterans Transitional Housing Initiative (THI) to blasting out and inviting all our connections to help raise awareness and funds for multiple veteran organizations in the Colorado Springs area.
